Title and Summary
Senior Specialist, Consumer Debit, Prepaid & Financial Inclusion Product Management, LACOverview:This team spearheads strategy, business insights, product operations, and product and value proposition development for all Consumer Debit, Prepaid, and Financial Inclusion products in the LAC region. This position will work cross-functionally to foster alignment and collaboration, driving strategic product pricing, product implementations, product usage strategies, and effective client and consumer communications.
Role & Responsibilities:
• Support the development of strategic frameworks, business plans and go-to-market plans for the debit/prepaid business with the objective of driving product implementations, product usage and optimization.
• Value Proposition Development: Help support the build and communication of compelling debit and prepaid value propositions. Prepare and deliver presentations that highlight the benefits and efficiencies of our product portfolios.
• Market Insight & Regulatory Awareness: Stay informed about the evolving debit and prepaid landscape across LAC, including regulatory changes, technological advancements, and competitive dynamics. Apply this knowledge to inform product strategies and drive business outcomes.
• Communication Development: Support the development of effective communications that convey our product strategy and its benefits to both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment with business objectives.
• Stakeholder Experience Analysis: Understand and analyze the end-to-end experience of key stakeholders—including cardholders, merchants, acquirers, and issuers/issuer processors—to influence our product roadmap and maintain a competitive edge.
• Performance Monitoring: Develop and maintain a comprehensive scorecard to monitor key performance indicators related to product performance in key and high growth markets. Proactively identify performance challenges and implement corrective actions to drive usage and revenue.
• Work collaborative with Global, Divisional, and Market counterparts as well as teams in Finance, Legal, Regulatory, Merchant and Account Management.

• Analytical Skills: You have a proven ability to leverage data analytics tools to identify trends, assess performance, and make informed recommendations that align with business goals. Proficient in running reports in Mastercard data systems, collecting data, and performing analysis to derive actionable insights.
• Advanced Microsoft Skills: You have strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to create detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations that effectively communicate findings and strategies
• Strong communicator with project management skills with the ability to manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously
• Demonstrated ability to work with multiple business partners towards the delivery of key deliverables
• Experience working with remote teams ideal
