Beverly Hospital—part of the Lahey Health System—is a community-based hospital with 10 operating rooms on our main campus and 4 ORs at our Danvers Surgery Center, supporting a wide range of surgical specialties. We’re looking for a detail‑driven coordinator to support OR billing, administrative operations, and perioperative workflow in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment. Why You’ll Love This Role Play a key role in accurate surgical billing and charge capture Work closely with OR leadership and perioperative teams Be part of a mission‑driven community hospital with system‑level resources Variety, autonomy, and impact—no two days are the same What You’ll Do Coordinate daily OR billing and charge entry in Epic (within 24 hours) Review and correct case records, anesthesia and recovery times Serve as a liaison across perioperative departments Support payroll, meetings, scheduling, and administrative functions Ensure vendor and product billing compliance Assist OR leadership with day‑to‑day operational needs What You’ll Bring High school diploma required 2+ years of perioperative services experience with administrative responsibilities Knowledge of healthcare or surgical billing practices Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills Comfort working in a dynamic OR environment and learning new systems Schedule Details 40 hours, day shift On‑call: Yes Shift rotation: Yes Weekends: Yes (on‑call) Hours may vary based on departmental needs Join Beverly Hospital and help ensure the operational excellence that supports outstanding patient care—every single day. Pay Range: $23.00 - $30.95 The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices, as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.
