We’ve raised $27.9M+ from General Catalyst, Jump, LocalGlobe, Susquehanna (SIG), GSR, Alliance DAO, Soma Capital, Balaji Srinivasan, Meltem Demirors, and others.About the Role.You'll work directly with our COO and Strategic Initiatives lead across finance, exchange and market data vendors, fundraising, legal coordination, and institutional relationships.What You'll Do.Exchange and data vendor opsOwn our vendor relationships with some of the largest TradFi exchanges in the world, and market data providersRun the licensing, contracts, renewals, coverage, and cost across all of themAnalysis and planningTake strategic questions from the founders and come back with data and a recommendationRun quarterly planning: set targets with leadership, track them, keep them currentFinance opsOwn financial operations across entities and jurisdictionsCraft and execute appropriate incentives to manage capital with partner entitiesFundraising and investor opsRun the operational side of fundraising: data rooms, diligence requests, investor updates, closing mechanics, legal and documentation reviewLegal, entity, and institutional opsWork with outside counsel on contracts, entity admin, and compliancePoint of contact for funds, market makers, and institutional partners across verticals on diligence, docs, and onboardingWho You Are.3+ years in investment banking, consulting, or a high-growth startupStrong modeling and spreadsheet skillsClear communicator with counsel, banks, accountants, and institutionsComfortable owning problems end to end without a playbookYou use AI tools in your daily workYou love markets.
