About the Role

As a Creative Producer for the ROLA team, you will support the Creative Production Manager in the planning, coordination, and execution of specific regional and local campaigns, ensuring that creative deliverables move efficiently from brief to final delivery.

This role will act as a key connection between Marketing and Creative Services, while also helping lead day-to-day conversations with external vendors, tracking timelines, aligning priorities, and supporting the administrative workflows required to execute campaigns successfully.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Production Management

Support the Creative Production Manager in coordinating assigned ROLA campaign workstreams, helping organize priorities, timelines, deliverables, approvals, risks, and follow-ups across each project.

Bring strong project management skills, excellent organization, attention to detail, and hands-on experience using tools such as Monday.com to track progress, assign responsibilities, and keep campaign information updated and visible.

Stakeholder, Vendor & Communication Management

•        Serve as a key point of contact between Marketing, Creative Services, and external vendors for assigned ROLA campaigns.

•        Lead day-to-day vendor conversations, ensuring clear briefs, aligned expectations, timely feedback, and proper asset delivery.

•        Keep stakeholder communication organized, with requests, approvals, changes, and risks clearly documented and shared on time.

•        Provide frequent updates to the Creative Production Manager on status, pending approvals, blockers, vendor needs, and next steps.

•        Act as a proactive partner who anticipates needs, organizes information, and keeps work moving with minimal supervision.

Administrative, Procurement & Legal Support

•        Follow up on vendor onboarding, procurement requests, legal documentation, POs, invoices, and related workflows as needed.

•        Coordinate with Procurement and internal support teams to keep pending items moving and documentation organized.

Risk Management & Problem Solving

•        Identify production risks, delays, or gaps early in the process.

•        Help implement proactive or corrective solutions to maintain project continuity.

•        Balance multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.

The Daily – Major Activities

•        Keep trackers, timelines, deliverables, approvals, vendor status, and next steps updated in Monday.com or similar tools.

•        Track campaign progress, deadlines, feedback rounds, and final deliveries.

•        Coordinate requests, feedback, and asset alignment across Marketing, Creative Services, and vendors.

•        Follow up with vendors on briefs, estimates, timelines, budgets, asset versions, feedback, and final files.

•        Support brand activations, stunts, events, or experiential initiatives by tracking timelines, budgets, vendors, assets, approvals, and execution needs.

•        Follow up on procurement, legal, PO, and documentation items, keeping files organized and pending needs escalated as needed.

•        Prepare status updates, meeting notes, action items, and follow-ups.

Minimum Requirements

•        3+ years in project management, creative production, account management, marketing operations, or similar roles in creative, entertainment, media, or agency environments.

•        Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Audiovisual Production, Media Studies, Business Administration, Public Relations, Event Production, or a related fields.

•        Experience supporting or coordinating brand-led activations, including stunts, events, experiential initiatives, or consumer-facing brand actions.

•        Strong project management, organization, communication, and attention-to-detail skills in fast-paced environments.

•        Strong knowledge of project management tools, especially Monday.com or similar platforms.

•        Experience supporting procurement, legal review, POs, vendor documentation, budgets, and organized project files.

•        Comfortable leading vendor conversations and following up with urgency, clarity, and attention to detail.

•       Upper-intermediate English proficiency.
