The North American Retail Media Sales Specialist is a part of The Global Digital and Loyalty team directly reporting into the Retail Media Key Partnership Manager.

This pivotal role will focus on driving revenue growth through strategic media sales, leveraging our growing digital out-of-home and instore solutions to engage key CPG clients and their agencies. Join us in growing Circle K's digital platforms to deliver exceptional value to both our advertising partners and our loyal customer base.

As part of our team, you will:

  • Take part in the evolution of a quickly growing, exciting arm of the Circle K business
  • Get a chance to influence and develop on the strategic digital transformation within Circle K retail media network (RMN)
  • Work on challenges across the whole footprint of Circle K stores within the US and Canada.

What You Will Do

Here are just a few ways that you’ll help make journeys better:  

As Retail Media Sales Specialist you will be instrumental in supporting the larger Retail Media Team in developing omnichannel media campaigns across the North American market for Circle K.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Special Project Activation: Partner with non-endemic partners to build partner narratives that demonstrate the impact of retail media efforts and support revenue generating recommendations, as well as manage BU communications and legal within the project
  • Sales Growth: Assist sales team with tracking documents and inventory, promotions and internal cross-functional communications

  • Invoicing and reconciliation: assist sales team with confirming invoices, working with accounting to track past payments and reconciliation

DAY TO DAY:

  • Support the Key Partnership Manager by contributing to ongoing account management activities that require prioritization, and cross‑functional coordination.
  • Maintain operational oversight of active campaigns, including monitoring pacing trends, inventory alignment, and invoice readiness, and escalating issues as needed.
  • Key point of contact for non‑endemic partners and programs, including tracking billing milestones, maintaining required documentation, and ensuring alignment with legal and contractual guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the Key Partnership Manager to support the development, documentation, and reinforcement of business unit standards and expectations related to non‑endemic advertising.
  • Serves as liaison with internal stakeholders across marketing, finance, legal, and creative teams to support timely campaign activation and execution.
  • Support post‑campaign analysis by assisting with reporting materials and sales summaries.
  • Participate in additional projects and initiatives that support departmental goals and broader business objectives.

What You Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
  • 1-2 years media planning or advertising experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite
  • Be able to adapt to rapidly changing environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines. Ideal candidate would be a self-starter and comfortable working cross functionally and as part of a team.
  • Maintain a positive team attitude and professional demeanor.
  • Is fluent in English, both oral and written
