Back to all rolesTraining Programs and Delivery ManagerApplyJob detailsDepartment / TUMO AcademyYerevanFull-timeAbout the TeamThe TUMO Academy is the organization’s center of expertise, transforming operational, pedagogical, and product best practices into standards, knowledge, and training programs that support educational and management teams across all TUMO centers.About the RoleTraining Programs and Delivery Manager leads the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of TUMO Academy’s local and international training programs, ensuring high-quality execution and measurable impact. The role works closely with internal departments and cross-functional teams to align training initiatives with organizational priorities, while overseeing program quality, delivery, and continuous improvement. The position also provides leadership and supervision to subject matter experts, training specialists, training coordinators, and the Program Officer.Key ResponsibilitiesPeople ManagementLead, manage, and mentor a team of around 15 Training Programs and Training Delivery professionals, fostering a collaborative, learner-centered culture while driving high performance, engagement, and professional growth.Plan, organize, and manage the resources, materials, and toolkits required for effective team management.Training Programs & DeliveryOversee the end-to-end lifecycle of training programs - from needs assessment and design through delivery, evaluation, and continuous improvement - ensuring timely execution and a high-quality learning experience.Conduct training needs and gap analyses, collaborating with internal stakeholders to design and enhance programs aligned with departmental and organizational priorities.Establish feedback mechanisms, reporting systems, and performance metrics to evaluate program effectiveness, monitor delivery quality, and drive data-informed improvements.Leverage learner feedback, performance data, evaluation results, and industry best practices to continuously improve training programs, delivery methods, and team effectiveness.Qualifications and SkillsMinimum of 5-7 years of experience in leadership roles, managing cross-functional teams and operational processes.At least 3 years of experience managing and scaling training programs, including oversight of training teams and delivery systems.Proven expertise in stakeholder management, project management, and operational execution.Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and people development skills, with a track record of building high-performing teams.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Armenian, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all organizational levels.Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills, with a strategic mindset and a data-driven approach to problem-solving and program execution.BenefitsHealth Insurance and discount on travellers insuranceAssistance with work permit and opening a bank account if neededExtra New Year paid holidays: 3rd, 4th and 5th of January5 days of Personal LeaveBirthday LeaveUpload your resume to autofill the applicationUploadFirst name *Last name *Email *Dial codePhone numberLinkedIn profilePlease upload your resume as a PDF file. *Click or drag file to uploadSupported file format: .PDF; Maximum file size: 10.49 MB; Maximum file: 1;QuestionHave you studied at TUMO? *Yes, I am a TUMO Alumnus/Alumna.Yes, I am a TUMO Student.No, I haven't studied at TUMO.AI disclaimerThis application process may use AI-enabled systems to support candidate evaluation based on factors such as experience, technical skills, and qualifications.
