Your role and responsibilitiesお客様と共に新しい価値を共創し、共に推進・運用するパートナーとして、お客様のデジタルとビジネス双方の変革をご支援します。ITプロジェクトを統括し、進捗管理、リソース配分、課題解決をリードします。お客様との円滑なコミュニケーションを図り、要件定義から導入までを成功に導く役割を担います。最新テクノロジーを活用し、品質や納期を重視しながらチームをサポートし、プロジェクトの成功に貢献します。
この役割では、国内大手銀行をはじめとした金融業界のお客様に対し、お客様の要求を満たす品質レベルと

・大規模システム開発プロジェクトにおける推進経験
・非機能要件（性能・可用性・セキュリティ）を考慮した設計経験
・金融業界のお客様（業務部門・IT部門・経営層）との折衝および合意形成経験
・日本語によるドキュメンテーションおよびコミュニケーション能力
Preferred technical and professional experience・金融業界における大規模プロジェクト経験
・PM/PLとしてのプロジェクトマネジメント経験
