As a Market Access Pharma Pricing - Manager, you will specialize in providing consulting services focused on pricing strategies and profitability analysis. You will analyze pricing models, assess customer profitability, and offer guidance to help clients optimize pricing strategies, improve profitability, and maximize customer value. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations.

Responsibilities
Knowledge Preferred
Candidates should demonstrate substantial experience and/or knowledge in the following areas:
Payer & Channel Economics: Strong understanding of US payer/channel economics including rebates, chargebacks, 340B, managed care, specialty pharmacy, and government pricing.
GTN Platforms & Tools: Proven experience with Anaplan model building and administration, especially for use cases such as GTN forecasting, trade spend, or revenue planning.
GTN & ERP Systems: Experience with related GTN and ERP systems (SAP BRIM, Vistex, Model N, Revitas, iContracts) and analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, SQL).
Solution Design: Ability to translate business needs into technical design; familiarity with data integrations, model governance, and access controls.
Skills Preferred
Candidates should be able to demonstrate extensive delivery abilities within a project team that includes the following:
Market Access & GTN Delivery
5-8 years of experience in pricing strategy, market access, or related consulting work
Prior experience with pharmaceutical companies or top-tier consulting firms is highly desirable
Develop and validate list-to-net waterfall simulations, accrual true-ups, and price realization analyses
Lead financial modeling and variance analysis to identify value leakage and recommend improvements
Analytics & Technology
Competence in analytical tools, data visualization platforms (Power BI, Tableau), and relevant programming languages (preferred)
Familiarity with data integrations, model governance, and access controls across GTN and ERP systems
Leadership & Delivery
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at senior levels
Demonstrated success managing cross-functional teams, mentoring staff, and delivering high-impact client outcomes
Global mindset and ability to work across functions and geographies; comfortable in ambiguous and changing contexts
Cultivate self-awareness through feedback and reflection; apply critical thinking to bring clarity to ambiguous situations
Communicate clearly and confidently to influence and connect with others; uphold PwC's code of ethics and business conduct
What You Must Have
Advanced degree (MBA, MPH, MSc in health economics, pharmacoeconomics, or related) strongly preferred
Experience with value-based contracts and outcome-based pricing models
Exposure to launch readiness and lifecycle access planning
Background contributing to business development, proposals, or thought leadership
Educational Background
MBA preferred but not required; candidates with strong academic backgrounds in business, engineering, economics, or data sciences are encouraged to apply
Advanced degree in health economics, pharmacoeconomics, or a related field is a plus
