Where You’ll Work
This is a hybrid role based in Denver, CO with the expectations to be in office at least 3 days a week for collaboration and connection.

What You’ll Deliver
Deliver high-quality software features and enhancements that improve customer outcomes across Litera's SaaS products.
Build scalable, reliable, and secure applications, APIs, and integrations that support a growing global customer base.
Translate business needs into well-designed technical solutions that drive product innovation and measurable value.
Improve engineering excellence through clean, maintainable code, peer collaboration, and continuous quality improvements.
Accelerate product delivery by leveraging AI-powered development tools and modern engineering practices.
Strengthen platform stability and performance through effective troubleshooting, operational ownership, and production support.
Contribute to the evolution of Litera's cloud and DevOps capabilities, enabling efficient development, deployment, and scaling.
Advance the adoption of AI and emerging technologies to enhance both product experiences and engineering effectiveness.

What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
3+ years of professional software engineering experience developing and delivering production software.
Experience building full-stack applications, APIs, and web-based solutions using modern development frameworks and technologies.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud, and collaborative development practices including Git and code reviews.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills with a track record of delivering high-quality solutions.
An ownership mindset with experience leveraging AI-powered development tools and an AI-first approach to software engineering.
Nice to Haves:
Experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization, infrastructure automation, or deployment processes.
Experience integrating AI or GenAI capabilities into software products, workflows, or customer-facing solutions.
Familiarity with modern architecture patterns, including REST APIs, microservices, and scalable cloud-native applications.
Experience supporting high-availability SaaS platforms, application security initiatives, observability tools, or working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
