As Product Operations Manager – Housing, you will sit at the intersection of product, engineering, and customers — playing a central role in how ambitious ideas are translated into reliable, enterprise-ready solutions. This is a high-ownership role with direct impact on launch quality, adoption, and iteration speed as the company scales rapidly.
What You'll Do
Translate product requirements into clear, buildable workflows through detailed specs, diagrams, and edge-case definitions
Conduct thorough discovery sessions with new enterprise clients to understand their needs and operational requirements
Drive launch readiness and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders through each product release
Analyze product usage data to surface insights that inform product decisions and improve adoption
Manage compliance requirements associated with new product features and customer configurations
Partner closely with Product and Engineering teams to accelerate iteration speed and maintain quality at scale
Operate close to both the product surface area and underlying data, leveraging technical and analytical skills to drive outcomes
What We're Looking For
Required
5–10 years of experience in product operations, technical program management, or a closely related role
Strong SQL skills and comfort working with data to derive actionable insights
Proven track record of driving cross-functional initiatives from definition through launch
Exceptional written communication skills with high attention to detail
Demonstrated ownership mindset and consistent follow-through in fast-paced environments
Nice to Have
Experience in B2B SaaS, AI/ML, proptech, or enterprise software
Background working with large, sophisticated enterprise customers
Familiarity with property management workflows or multifamily housing industry
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $150,000 – $200,000 USD annually
