As a Qualcomm Software Engineer, you will design, develop, create, modify, and validate embedded and cloud edge software, applications, and/or specialized utility programs that launch cutting-edge, world class products that meet and exceed customer needs. Qualcomm Software Engineers collaborate with systems, hardware, architecture, test engineers, and other teams to design system-level software solutions and obtain information on performance requirements and interfaces.should have at least 3+ years of work experience preferably in NR or LTE UE Testing and mostly preferably Protocol conformance testingSOUND Knowledge on OFDM symbol processing in PDCCH/PDSCH/PUCCH/PUSCH channelSound knowledge in TDS/CSIRS/DMRS Refence signal processing at protocol levelSound knowledge in NR and LTE: Physical/RRC layers and Call Processing.Excellent 5G protocol understanding on RRC/PHY. Especially 3GPP TS 38.200 series (specifically TS 38.211 through 38.215) OR 3GPP TS 36.211-36.216,Excellent understanding in 3GPP TS 38.331 or 3GPP TS 36.331 plusStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong debugging experience and log analysisWorking Experience in RF interfaces, RF front end, and layer 1 procedures is preferrable.Excellent Communication skills, effective team player, ability to work independently.Work experience on QCOM tools beneficial but not mandatoryScripting in python or any other scripting language is value addition
