This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful delivery of new and enhanced products across international teams within Group Technology and Vodafone Operating Companies. The individual will be responsible for managing scope, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations, while driving continuous improvement and transformation in delivery practices. ## What you will do * All aspects of Project Management including scope definition, detailed project planning, financial management, building and managing international matrix teams (external third parties alongside internal team) and stakeholder management * Ensure alignment with project management governance processes and BAU operational frameworks, demonstrating best practices while maintaining compliance, assurance, and consistency in delivery * Ensure accurate progress reporting and proactive issue/risk management, including timely escalation and alignment with enterprise risk management practices to effectively identify, assess, and mitigate risks across projects and business functions * Ensure outstanding quality - identifying improvement opportunities, and driving structured initiatives that enhance efficiency, quality, and delivery outcomes across the project lifecycle * Analyze datasets to identify trends and actionable insights that support business decisions ## Who you are * Exceptional track record of on-time, on-budget and to-specification delivery of projects * Experience of managing multiple and complex projects across full lifecycle of IT product development * Extensive experience of project management in international matrix environments * Good overview knowledge of datacentre, cloud infrastructure & application arhitecture * Ability to transform data into meaningful insights, identifying patterns and opportunities that drive informed decision-making and business value * Nice to have basic knowledge or hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) for tracking tasks, managing workflows, or supporting project delivery ## Not a Perfect Fit?
