The People Insights & Process Manager sits within the Operations function and works closely with the People Systems Lead and the Regional Heads of P&C for APAC, Europe, and Americas. The role partners closely with internal departments and external vendors to deliver efficient, data-driven and compliant People operations.
The role is responsible for driving People process excellence through workforce analytics, process improvement, governance and the successful delivery of key annual People programmes. It also supports HR technology initiatives and continuous improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience.
This is a 12-month contract for maternity coverage with opportunities for extension or conversion to a permanent position, subject to business requirements and individual performance.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems or a related discipline.
- 7–10 years of relevant experience in HR Operations, People Excellence, HR Technology, People Analytics or HR Project Management.
- Demonstrated experience delivering process improvement initiatives and HRIS implementationprojects
- Strong understanding of HR systems, end-to-end HR processes, user access management, system administration and functional system requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience interpreting workforce data, identifying trends and providing insights to support operational and strategic decision-making.
- Hands-on experience turning manual or repetitive People processes into practical improvements e.g. via automated AI-assisted workflows, self-service tools, or simpler system-supported ways of working.
- Experience with AI and automation technologies such as CoPilot Studio,PowerAutomate would be an advantage.
- Commitment to data accuracy, data integrity, reporting quality and audit readiness.
- Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders and external vendors to analyse business needs, make recommendations and implement practical solutions.
- Proven ability to prioritise work, exercise sound judgement and make informed decisions within established governance, data privacy, compliance and business frameworks.
- Strong planning, organisation, project coordination, stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to drive process optimisation, change adoption and operational improvements.
- Certification in project management, business analysis or process improvement would be an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Responsibilities
People Analytics, Reporting & Data Quality- Develop and maintain People dashboards, reports and workforce analytics to support operational and strategic decision-making.
- Analyse workforce data, identify trends and provide actionable insights to People leaders and business stakeholders.
- Monitor reporting accuracy, investigate discrepancies and conduct regular data quality checks to maintain reliable People data.
- Review, optimise and document People processes to improve operational efficiency, employee experience and consistency.
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows through automation, AI and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, user guides and standard operating procedures.
- Partner with regional People teams,GroupIT and business stakeholders to translate business needs into practical HR technology solutions.
- Maintain and drive the HR Systems delivery roadmap, ensuring the successful delivery of system enhancements, integrations, testing and change adoption in partnership with internal teams and external vendors.
- Oversee HR system administration, user access, vendor service delivery and operational support to ensure effective and reliable system utilisation.
- Support annual policy reviews, governance initiatives and audit activities across People operations.
- Ensure People processes and systems align with internal controls, data privacy and compliance requirements.
- Maintain data integrity and support audit readiness across People systems and processes.
- Leadthe operational delivery of annual People programmes, including HR data updates, performance reviews, employee engagement surveys, compliance training, promotions and compensation activities.
- Prepare communications, reporting and presentation materials to support annual People initiatives.
- Contribute to job architecture, job catalogues, organisational frameworks, HR transformation initiatives and cross-functional improvement projects.
- Build trusted relationships with regional People teams, IT, business stakeholders and external vendors to understand priorities and support effective delivery.
- Provide subject matter expertise on People processes, systems and data to support decision-making and operational improvements.
