About the Job
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Warehouse Analyst to support warehouse and receiving operations, inventory management, and process improvement. This role is responsible for analyzing inventory health, warehouse space utilization, receiving performance, and scrap/reclaim activities to improve operational efficiency, reduce risk, and support business decision-making. The role will work closely with logistics, procurement, finance, and operations teams to drive inventory optimization and strengthen warehouse controls.

Key Responsibilities

 

Warehouse, Receiving & Scrap Claim Management

  • Analyze inventory across A/T stockrooms, receiving operations, and scrap/reclaim processes

  • Monitor inventory risks such as expiry, NQM, restricted stock, scrap, reclaim exposure, and stock depletion, and provide projections to site leaders

  • Develop space modeling based on inventory profiles and site MRP strategy to improve stockroom utilization and reduce internal and external warehouse costs

  • Oversee outsourced warehouse and receiving operations to ensure execution aligns with TI process specifications and global guidelines

  • Maintain close coordination with suppliers and ensure new TI requirements are communicated and implemented effectively in operations

  • Co-own A/T processes and specifications, and drive improvements in efficiency, benchmark performance, and accelerate BPS initiatives across sites

  • Collaborate with procurement, finance, and accounting teams to improve inventory efficiency, manufacturing cycle time, JIT and VMI strategy, MRP/CLAM cost linearity, and inventory turns

  • Participate in stock-up quality measurement and trigger structured root cause analysis when targets are not met

  • Support audit inquiries, including customer, internal, and global audits

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and safety expectations

  • Manage scrap claim activities, including claim processing, issue tracking, reporting, root cause analysis, SAP transactions and financial impact review

  • Develop and support logistics task force activities to drive stronger business results

 

 

 

 

 

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher

  • Fresh graduates with, 0-2 years of experience, preference for experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or logistics, preferably in a manufacturing environment

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with solid attention to detail

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and receiving processes

     

    Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in semiconductor, electronics, or high-volume manufacturing operations

  • Familiarity with MRP, JIT, VMI, and inventory optimization strategies

  • Experience working with outsourced warehouse or logistics service providers

  • Process-driven mindset with a continuous improvement approach

  • Fast learner with flexibility to work across countries, teams, and time zones

  • Strong customer orientation and positive working attitude
