Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will drive ABB AG’s sustainability agenda by implementing the company’s sustainability strategy, coordinating reporting and KPI management, and promoting sustainable and responsible business practices across the organization.

Your responsibilities
Elaboration and implementation of ABB AG’s sustainability strategy in close coordination with the company’s management and in close cooperation with the functional areas, while acting as a key partner in driving sustainability initiatives across the organization.
Central point of contact and internal and external stimulator for sustainability issues related to buildings, processes, products, production/logistics, administration and sales, ensuring alignment of sustainability objectives with business priorities.
Preparation of analyses, reports and presentations for management and other stakeholders, as well as preparation and delivery of sustainability-related presentations, workshops and audit-related materials, including active participation in internal and external audits.
Maintenance of data management for sustainability reporting, development and implementation of a sustainability KPI model, participation in internal and external committees, collaboration with environmental authorities, reporting sustainability information to the ABB Group, and supporting Human Rights initiatives to ensure sustainable supply chains in close cooperation with SCM.

Qualifications for the role
Successfully completed studies (e.g. sustainability management, business information systems, mechanical engineering, environmental sciences, or a related field)
Knowledge of sustainability management in the electrical engineering industry is advantageous
Experience in project management
Very good communication, presentation and coordination skills combined with diplomatic skills and assertiveness in an interdisciplinary and international environment
Strategic, structured and goal-oriented way of working
Good written and spoken German and English skills

The minimum compensation, in accordance with the electrical and electronics industry collective agreement, is 4472,11 EUR monthly for a full-time position as of May 2026. But we would be pleased to speak in person about your compensation package in relation to your qualifications and experience!
