Why This Role Matters
Lead Goodyear's Fleet Mobility business across Central and Eastern Europe by developing a high-performing team of Key Account Managers and driving profitable growth. In this role, you'll shape regional go-to-market strategies, strengthen strategic customer partnerships, and accelerate the adoption of Goodyear's fleet mobility solutions. Working cross-functionally, you'll champion commercial excellence through effective sales execution, strategic account management, and collaborative leadership, helping shape the future of fleet mobility across the region.
What You'll Do
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Fleet Mobility Key Account Managers to achieve ambitious commercial objectives.
Define and execute regional sales strategies, translating business priorities into actionable plans and measurable results.
Drive new business growth by strengthening strategic customer relationships, expanding existing accounts, and improving tender success.
Monitor sales performance, pipeline health, forecasting, and key commercial KPIs to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated customer solutions and ensure operational excellence.
Act as the executive escalation point for strategic customer relationships while promoting long-term customer success.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous learning, and sales excellence across the team.
What We're Looking For
Basic Qualifications
Fluent in English; proficiency in additional European languages is an advantage.
Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams, with the ability to motivate others, drive accountability, and deliver results.
Strong commercial experience within the truck, fleet mobility, automotive, or related industry, including customer negotiations and business development.
A proactive, resilient, and results-oriented approach to identifying new business opportunities and delivering customer value.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, build commercial strategies, and make data-driven decisions.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Automotive, or a related field.
Experience developing and executing regional sales or go-to-market strategies and leading strategic account growth.
Experience using CRM and sales performance tools to drive pipeline management, forecasting, and sales excellence.
