You would be #14.Role DescriptionWe’re looking for an AI-native engineer who doesn’t just write code — but uses AI as a core part of how they build, think, and ship. As an early engineer, you’ll help shape our product and have an important voice in decisions regarding the technical stack, direction, and vision.This is a full-time Software Engineering role. The current team is in San Francisco, and this role is in person at Multiply HQ.We work hard and we know we're building a generational company. If you're looking for the ride of a lifetime, this might just be what you're looking for.What you'll doBuild 0 → 1 product features quickly and iterate based on real customer feedbackDesign and ship systems that embed LLMs and AI agents into core workflowsOrchestrate multi-step AI systems (agents, evals, feedback loops, etc.)Own features end-to-end: idea → build → deploy → iterateWork directly with founders on product, roadmap, and technical directionHelp improve our engineering culture, tooling, and velocityPlay a key role in building and mentoring the early teamWhat We Mean by “AI-Native”You should already be using tools like: Cursor, Claude Code, Codex / OpenAI APIs or similar AI-assisted development workflows, as a core part of how you build software, not as an afterthought.Qualifications3+ years experience building software with a strong track record and ability to work full-stackStartup mindset — resourceful, sharp, and entrepreneurial, who is excited to take early ownershipLove to move fast, to learn, and to always-be-improvingExperience using LLMs in production and interest in staying at the cutting edge of AIExperience in designing and building scalable systems.
