Our teams deliver the Holman Experience by treating our customers and each other as we would like to be treated, and creating positive, rewarding relationships all around.The automotive markets Holman serves include fleet management and leasing; vehicle fabrication and upfitting; component manufacturing and productivity solutions; powertrain distribution and logistics services; commercial and personal insurance and risk management; and retail automotive sales as one of the largest privately owned dealership groups in the United States.What will you do?Prepare complex account reconciliations including bank reconciliationsReview external departments’ account reconciliations to support complete and accurate financial reportingMaintain oversight of fixed asset controlsMaintain oversight on company policies and operating proceduresAd Hoc reportingPerform all other duties and special projects as assigned.What are we looking for?Bachelor’s degree in Finance /AccountingCPA or MBA a plus3+ years of experience in accounting or related position performing Accounting and financial data analysis tasks. Must have advanced Microsoft Excel skills and be proficient in other Microsoft Office applicationsMust be proficient in time management in order to meet assigned deadlinesAbility to organize and prioritize tasks and make appropriate decisionsStrong analytical and problem solving skills, with an ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environmentAbility to execute data mining and analysisHighest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organizedStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to explain complex concepts to non-specialistsAbility to quickly comprehend processes and learn systems and toolsAbility to visualize data and insight and to present those findings to managementAbility to be accountable and professional while maintaining effective interpersonal (written, verbal and presentation) skills while managing multiple priorities#LI-MS1#LI-HYBRID#INDAFAt Holman, we exist to provide rewarding careers and better lives for employees and their families.
