distributes custom-branded products, streamlining design to distribution for creators and

promotional product industry. We are looking for a talented and innovative Mock-up /

Graphic Designer to join our growing team.


About the Role

As a Mock-up / Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in helping customers visualize

their products before production. You'll transform customer logos and concepts into

photo-realistic product mockups, prepare production-ready artwork, create original

designs, and collaborate with customers and internal teams to deliver high-quality

creative solutions.

This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about design, embraces AI-

powered creative tools, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

 Create high-quality, photo-realistic mockups by applying customer logos and

artwork to a wide range of promotional products, including apparel, drinkware,

bags, technology accessories, office products, awards, and other hard goods.

 Convert customer artwork into clean, production-ready vector (AI/EPS) files.

 Redraw low-resolution logos and graphics into scalable vector artwork suitable

for printing, embroidery, engraving, and other decoration methods.

 Develop original graphic concepts, custom artwork, and branding designs based

on customer requirements.

 Utilize AI-powered design tools to rapidly generate creative concepts and

mockup ideas, then refine them into professional production-quality designs

using Adobe Creative Suite.

 Create detailed tech packs for apparel and selected hard goods, including

measurements, construction details, artwork placement, color specifications,

materials, trims, and production notes.

 Prepare customer proofs and production artwork with exceptional attention to

detail.

 Communicate directly with customers to clarify artwork requirements,

recommend design improvements, and ensure expectations are met.

 Collaborate with sales, sourcing, production, and customer service teams to

deliver projects accurately and on schedule.

 Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting

deadlines.

 Stay current with design trends, AI technologies, printing techniques, and

promotional product innovations.

Required Qualifications

 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design, product mockups, or

promotional product design.

 Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.

 Strong understanding of vector artwork creation, photo editing, masking, smart

objects, lighting, shadows, and realistic product rendering.

 Experience preparing production-ready artwork for screen printing, embroidery,

heat transfer, DTF, sublimation, laser engraving, UV printing, and other

decoration methods.

 Experience creating technical packs (Tech Packs) for apparel and product

development.

 Familiarity with AI-powered design tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney,

ChatGPT, Microsoft Designer, Canva AI, or similar creative AI platforms.

 Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

 Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.

 Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.

 AI-assisted design projects (optional but encouraged)
