Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CE applications.
• Develop plugins, custom workflows, and custom actions using C# and .NET.
• Create and maintain Power Automate flows and Power Apps.
• Develop JavaScript, TypeScript, and web resources for form customization.
• Implement integrations with external systems using REST APIs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Service Bus.
• Design and customize entities, forms, views, dashboards, and security roles.
• Perform data migration using Dataflows, SSIS, KingswaySoft, or other ETL tools.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize system performance.
• Participate in solution design, code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
• Follow Microsoft best practices and ALM processes using Azure DevOps.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of: Dynamics 365 CE Dataverse C# .NET Framework/.NET Core JavaScript Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) REST APIs and Web API Azure Services
• Experience with plugin and workflow development.
• Knowledge of security model, business rules, and business process flows.
• Experience with solution management and deployments.

Preferred Skills

• Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, or Field Service experience.
• Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Service Bus.
• CI/CD using Azure DevOps.
• PCF (PowerApps Component Framework) controls.
• Dynamics 365 certifications.
