To be successful as a Digital Product Manager, you should have experience with:

  • Strategy: making strategic trade-offs across products, funding, and outcomes vs client needs.
  • Communication: ability to communicate vision, strategy, and priorities across multiple teams at all levels of the organisation.
  • Commercial acumen: commercial insight to align product direction with PBWM strategy.
