SAP TM Transportation Management – Application Development Specialist
THE WORK

As an SAP TM Transportation Management professional, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, build, configure, and enhance technology solutions that help our clients transform their transportation and logistics operations.
In this role, you will:
- Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality SAP TM solutions.
- Build, configure, test, and support packaged software and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) applications.
- Develop and implement new functionalities, enhancements, and integrations to improve business processes.
- Leverage standard and declarative platform capabilities wherever possible to maximize efficiency and scalability.
- Support application releases, including deployment planning, testing, and production readiness activities.
- Troubleshoot issues, provide ongoing support, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Participate in key project decisions and help drive successful outcomes for clients and internal teams.

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Advanced proficiency in SAP TM (Transportation Management).
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in SAP TM or related SAP Supply Chain/Logistics solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Experience with software configuration, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Transportation Management.
- Knowledge of logistics, transportation planning, freight management, or supply chain processes.
- Intermediate proficiency in problem solving and analytical thinking.
- Advanced communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong collaboration and teamwork capabilities.
- Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a dynamic project environment.
