Abbott Nutrition Casa Grande AZ is seeking a Facilities Contract Coordinator - Day Shift; Monday to Friday - 6am - 2:30pm

We are seeking a Facilities Contractor Coordinator to support and oversee contractor activities within our manufacturing facility. This role is critical in ensuring contracted projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with environmental, health, safety, quality, and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can effectively collaborate with contractors, operations teams, engineering, quality, and site leadership to maintain a safe and compliant workplace while minimizing risk to product quality and employee safety.

What You’ll Work On

  • Oversee contractor-led projects across the manufacturing site, ensuring compliance with all safety, quality, GMP, and environmental requirements.

  • Monitor contractor performance and adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.

  • Provide guidance and support to contract personnel related to safety, quality, sanitation, and compliance expectations.

  • Assist with contractor onboarding and training to ensure understanding of site requirements and best practices.

  • Conduct safety and quality inspections, audits, and checklist reviews to verify compliance.

  • Support root cause investigations and corrective action activities related to contractor work.

  • Partner with Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, and EHS teams to identify and mitigate risks.

  • Serve as the primary liaison between contractors and site leadership, helping resolve issues and close performance gaps.

  • Assess work areas to determine appropriate barriers and controls that protect product quality and employee safety.

  • Escalate concerns when contractor activities do not meet company expectations or compliance requirements.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in food manufacturing, manufacturing, or a related industry
