What you’ll do as a Manufacturing Technical Writer:
Create and maintain clear, accurate technical documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, maintenance procedures, and safety documentation.
Work closely with engineers, production teams, and process experts to capture and document manufacturing best practices.
Translate complex technical information, supporting training, consistency, and operational excellence.
Develop visual documentation, including process flows, diagrams, and work instructions imagery gathered from the shop floor.
Ensure all documentation is compliant, accurate, and up to date, supporting quality, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives
You are:
A strong technical background in engineering or manufacturing, with the ability to quickly understand complex products, processes, and systems.
Excellent communication skills, with experience turning technical information into clear and engaging documentation.
Experience working with quality standards and document management systems, combined with a keen attention to detail.
Proficient in using digital tools and emerging technologies, with a passion for improving how information is created, managed, and shared.
Problem solver looking to drive efficiency and continuous improvement.
