Role Overview

Are you passionate about creating seamless employee experiences and driving operational excellence? Are you excited to build a long-term career in global HR operations, payroll, and statutory compliance? We are looking for a meticulous, empathetic, and driven Senior Associate, People Success, to join our People Success team.

This role offers an opportunity to make a sustained impact by supporting and scaling our global People Operations function. You will play a critical role across three key operational pillars: leading end-to-end India payroll, compliance, and core operations, facilitating US payroll operations and PEO/EOR processes, and serving as a trusted point of contact for employee grievances and advisory matters.

This position is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of HR processes, a solid operational mindset, and the ability to manage complex multi-country compliance frameworks in partnership with internal and external stakeholders.

  • HR System Mastery & Data Integrity: Own routine administration and maintain precise employee records across core HR tools including HiBob and GreytHR throughout the complete employee lifecycle.

  • Employee Grievances & Advisory: Serve as a compassionate primary point of contact for employee inquiries and workplace grievances, delivering thoughtful HR advisory services with discretion and professionalism.

  • Process Optimisation & Scalability: Improve efficiency, scalability, and consistency of HR operations by reducing manual effort, refining ticketing workflows, and enabling smoother end-to-end people processes.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with internal stakeholders - reporting directly to the Director, People Operations - to support company-wide people initiatives, policy implementations, and audit readiness.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • HR Operations Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in core HR operations, payroll administration, and lifecycle compliance.

  • Multi-Country Compliance Knowledge: Strong practical understanding of India HR compliances alongside exposure to US labor regulations, multi-state compliance, and LOA processes.

  • HR Technology Proficiency: Direct proficiency with modern HRIS, payroll, and PEO/EOR platforms, specifically HiBob, GreytHR, TriNet, and Remote.

  • Communication & Grievance Handling: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an empathetic approach to resolving sensitive employee relation queries.

  • Organizational & Proactive Mindset: Meticulous attention to detail, exceptional organizational abilities, and a solution-oriented operational mindset.

  • Educational Background: Master’s degree or equivalent practical experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience handling HR ticketing systems and query management workflows.

  • Hands-on experience working directly with PEO/EOR partners for international employee operations.
