This role focuses on enabling end-to-end digitalization across the value chain, including sales, project delivery, supply chain, and after-sales services, to improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and data-driven decision-making. The role combines people leadership and functional leadership, translating functional strategy and business priorities into day-to-day execution. The Team Lead drives operational excellence, supports cross-functional collaboration, and develops team capabilities to meet business objectives. This role is based in either Madrid, Munich, or London with 50% home office.Reporting Line Reports to Vice President Europe Major Responsibilities People Leadership Lead and manage the digital transformation team, including digital product managers, analysts, and technical specialistsSet clearobjectives,monitorperformance, and provide regular feedback and development support to team membersPlan team capacity,allocateresources, and ensure delivery against agreed prioritiesFoster a collaborative, performance-driven, and solution-oriented team cultureDigital Transformation & Functional Delivery Develop and execute a digital transformation roadmap aligned with the company’s PV module and BESS business strategyIdentifyand implement digital solutions to enhance efficiency across key business processes, including sales pipeline management, project execution, supply chain, and service operationsOversee the implementation and optimization of digital platforms and systems, such as ERP, CRM, project management tools, and data platforms, with a focus on PV and BESS business needsSupport the digitalization of BESS project lifecycle management, including design coordination, delivery tracking, and performance monitoringManage digital projects end-to-end, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budgetProcess & Continuous Improvement Enable data-driven decision-making by improving data integration, reporting, and analytics across PV and energy storage operationsDefine and monitor KPIs to evaluate the impact of digital initiatives on business performanceIdentifyinefficiencies and lead continuous improvement initiatives across digital workflows and systemsDevelop,maintain, and improve digital processes, documentation, and reporting standardsStakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate with commercial, engineering, and operations teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable digital initiativesAct as a key interface between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment on priorities and delivery expectationsDrive change management initiatives and promote a digital mindset across the organization, particularly within technical and project teamsStay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends in renewable energy, digitalization, and energy storagePerformance Indicators Delivery of digital projects against agreed timelines, scope, and budgetAdoption and effectiveness of digital solutions across business functionsProcess efficiency and improvement outcomes (e.g., cycle time reduction, automation gains, systemutilization)Data quality, reporting accuracy, and system reliabilityTeam performance, engagement, and capability developmentStakeholder satisfaction and cross-functional collaboration effectivenessYour profileRequired Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Data...
