Roles & Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of SMT equipment.
- Troubleshoot and maintain Fuji Pick & Place machines (mandatory).
- Handle setup, programming, and maintenance of GKG Solder Paste Printers.
- Perform programming and troubleshooting of TRI SPI systems.
- Maintain JT Reflow and JT Wave Soldering machines.
- Program and troubleshoot AOI machines (TRI, Mirtec, Holly).
- Maintain Conformal Coating machines (any make).
- Minimize machine downtime through effective troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
- Ensure machine calibration, documentation, and adherence to TPM, 5S, and safety standards.
