Join nVent Management Company as a Builder and contribute to a team dedicated to making the world safer through inventive electrical solutions.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesProvide assembly assistance at any sequence level, achieving flawless results with limited supervision.Accurately position metal products according to detailed drawings and measurements.Successfully implement basic construction principles, ensuring everything is square, level, and plumb.Fasten metal products together using bolts, screws, clips, rivets, or other fasteners.Assist with repairs and rework as directed to ensure world-class quality before shipment.Contribute to a workplace environment that fosters pride, customer focus, and individual responsibility.Education/ Experience:High school diploma or GED.One to three months of related experience and/or training.Equivalent combinations of education and experience are welcome.Schedule:6:00am - 4:30pm Monday through Thursday, with an additional up to 10 hours on Fridays.This is an outstanding opportunity to join a dynamic team committed to making a difference.
