Principal Product Manager for Skywise Core for Airlines

We are looking for a Principal Product Manager to drive the strategy, offerability, andcommercial execution of our Skywise Core platform solutions. In this role, you will bridge market insights with engineering capability, translating complex airline operational needs into a clear product roadmap while ensuring seamless deal architecture for our global commercial teams.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Roadmap
● Collect and synthesize customer/market feedback across the aviation ecosystem to define and prioritize solution roadmaps alongside Portfolio Managers and Engineering teams.
● Manage product lifecycle continuity in alignment with core platform updates
(Palantir Foundry, Skywise Ontology, and proprietary components).
Offerability & Commercial Enablement
● Define, standardise, and maintain standard Statements of Work (SOWs) and
product offerability policies to help sales teams market and contract standard
deals efficiently.

● Establish frameworks and governance to define when a deal transitions from
standard to custom/complex.
Enterprise Deal Architecture & Technical Risk Management
● Lead technical pre-sales and Business Process Reviews (BPRs) for complex
enterprise deals to scope technical, functional, and operational requirements.
● Assess and mitigate technical implementation risks during bidding, contracting, and deployment phases.
● Define technical/functional SOWs for non-standard enterprise deals to ensure
promised value is delivered during implementation.
Delivery Support & Industry Advocacy
● Partner with regional delivery teams on key customer milestones (e.g., cutover for Tier-1 airlines) and serve as a technical escalation point for L3 support.
● Elevate the brand through whitepapers, industry conferences, and thought
leadership.
Qualifications
Must-Haves
● Education: Master’s degree in Aviation/Airline Management, Computer Science, IT, Data Analytics, or AI (or equivalent practical experience).
● Domain Experience: 5+ years in the aviation industry with direct experience
defining or deploying digital enterprise solutions.
● Technical Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience in Big Data, Data
Analytics, PaaS, or AI solutions.
● Strong track record managing end-to-end digital product lifecycles in global,
distributed team environments.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with strong
stakeholder management abilities across all organizational levels.
Nice-to-Haves
● Direct experience with Palantir Foundry or the Skywise Platform.
● Familiarity with enterprise software contracting, scoping, and pre-sales
processes.
