It's an exciting time to join our business because Crown offers you the opportunity to grow and develop your skills in an expanding industry.Crown was founded with the goal of valuing and promoting sustainability and this vision continues to be essential to our long-term future.Job Description:Job Summary**Operate and maintain deco machines to ensure efficient and high-quality production of beverage can bodies according to specifications and safety standards.Job Responsibilities*** Set up, adjust, and operate deco machines, including loading and unloading materials.* Monitor machine performance, product quality, and identify and troubleshoot minor operational issues.* Conduct routine quality checks on decorated can bodies, ensuring adherence to visual and dimensional specifications.* Perform preventive maintenance and cleaning of deco equipment as per schedule.* Record production data, including output, downtime, and material usage.* Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies, including wearing appropriate PPE.* Report any equipment malfunctions, quality deviations, or safety concerns to the supervisor promptly.* Collaborate with team members to optimize production flow and achieve daily targets.* Maintain a clean and organized work area.Job Qualifications*** High school diploma or equivalent.* Proven experience in operating manufacturing machinery, preferably in a printing or decoration environment.* Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to perform minor adjustments and maintenance.* Strong attention to detail and ability to identify quality defects.* Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.* Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.* Understanding of safety procedures and willingness to follow them strictly.* Previous experience in the can manufacturing industry is a plusWhat Crown Offers You Strong engagement and commitment to the safety of our employeesThe opportunity to build a meaningful career  Professional and personal development through training and work experiences    Join us and become part of a team of professionals who are passionate about sustainable packaging! Working Together Working Together is one of the five pillars that make up our Twentyby30™ program.
