JOB TITLE:        Salesforce Marketing Cloud Solutions Lead

 

LOCATION:        Richardson, TX

 

DUTIES:  

• Formulate and define system scopes and objectives within information technology to meet user needs.
• Understand application systems, and industry requirements to devise or modify procedures that address complex problems.
• Analyze business and user needs and follow through the full development life cycle.
• Responsible for feasibility studies, project charters and/or statements of work, implementation, communication, testing, change management, and training strategies.
• Modify, maintain and update complex Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) configuration and program routines.
• Responsible for solving highly technical and complex problems on multiple projects and providing consultative support to internal staff.
• Educate others in the workflow, business processes, and reporting metrics enabled by SFMC modules or other application systems.
• Define, test, train, implement, and support one or more functional areas within the SFMC System or other application systems.
• Monitor other business analysts in software development methods, processes and implementation of those methods.
• Potential to manage projects with large budgets or of extended duration.
• Responsible for managing project plan, scope, risk, and resources.
• May act as team leader for large project teams.
• May be responsible for multi-year planning to determine broad direction, prioritize projects and evaluate Return On Investment within a functional sub-area.

What We Are Looking For

REQUIREMENTS:  

• Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or as a Software Solution Developer or Architect, or in a related/similar position.
• Experience therein to include 5 years in the following:
  • Salesforce Configuration and Coding;
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administration;
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Customization with Ampscript and Server Side JavaScript;
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud, segmenting Data Extensions using Automation Studio and SQL queries;
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Integration with Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud;
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience creating landing pages and forms using CSS/HTML/JavaScript;
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certifications required: Email Specialist, Developer, Administrator, Consultant.

 

RATE OF PAY:  $156,998 per year
