Manages escalations, drives decision-making, and aligns plans, budgets, and KPIs. Champions ongoing transformation across Channel Management. Advances analytics capabilities, tools, and processes; drives adoption and stakeholder buy-in. Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Information Technology, Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field AND 3+ years supply chain, inventory management or sales operations experience, preferably in planning (demand/supply), supplier relationship management, customer relationship management, and/or channel management experience Master's Degree in Supply Chain, Information Technology, Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field AND 6+ years supply chain, inventory management or sales operations experience, preferably in planning (demand/supply), supplier relationship management, customer relationship management, and/or channel management experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Information Technology, Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field AND 8+ years supply chain, inventory management or sales operations experience, preferably in planning (demand/supply), supplier relationship management, customer relationship management, and/or channel management experience OR equivalent experience. 3+ years experience in Channel Operation with retail and distribution customers
