As a SAP CPI - PIPO Manager, you will be at the forefront of delivering innovative solutions within our Advisory Service Delivery Centre. This role involves working closely with clients to provide premium, cost-effective services that enhance process quality and delivery capabilities. Within our Digital Core Modernisation network, you will leverage your skills to address complex business issues, from strategy to execution, and contribute to the success of client engagements.
As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. Responsibilities
- Leading SAP technology projects, focusing on SAP CPI and PIPO integration solutions
- Managing client engagements to deliver business transformation initiatives effectively
- Guiding teams in the strategic planning and execution of SAP-based solutions
- Utilizing Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) and SAP HANA to optimize business processes
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients to identify and address technology challenges
- Developing and overseeing the deployment of SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Fiori applications
- Promoting the use of innovative technologies and leading practices across SAP technology teams
- Confirming data integrity and compliance within SAP frameworks
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and optimization in client environments
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 9 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications aligned to SAP Technology and platform solutions, including SAP S/4HANA System Administration, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Integration Suite, SAP Security, or related technical architecture credentials
- Demonstrating proficiency in SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Fiori
- Utilizing Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) for process optimization
- Excelling in strategic technology planning and business transformation
- Embracing change and fostering innovation in client engagements
