Your New Role...

As a Mobility Procurement Analyst, you'll play a key role in managing WBDs global mobile technology procurement program, ensuring employees around the world have seamless access to the devices and services they need.

Your Role Accountabilities...

Technology Procurement 40%

  • Manage the end-to-end mobile device procurement program, including iPhones, tablets, and MiFi units, supporting Warner Media’s global workforce.

  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all mobility-related products, services, and carrier relationships.

  • Complete purchase orders, monitoring all open purchase orders and providing order-tracking details as requested for technology related purchases

  • Obtain quotes for equipment and services when applicable

  • Ensure all purchase information is accurately and expeditiously captured within the procurement system and ensure prompt communication on all purchases and effectively escalate issues with suppliers and/or supervisors when appropriate.

  • Work with Tech Finance and BU to ensure purchase orders are coded to correct cost centers and accounts

  • Broaden procurement competencies by gaining expertise in a secondary category or functional area, supporting business continuity, coverage during absences, and scalability of procurement operations.

Fulfillment Requests 40%

  • Act as a trusted point of contact for employees seeking support with mobile device orders, plan options, pricing inquiries, and order tracking.

  • Collaborate closely with Asset Management to ensure timely receipt and inventory tracking, and with Client Support for seamless device setup and configuration.

  • Take ownership of high-level user issues—proactively diagnose and resolve complex technical challenges involving mobile hardware, carrier services, and enterprise configurations.

  • Deliver fast, effective solutions—including device replacements and escalations—while providing a high-touch user experience that builds confidence and trust.

Procurement Data Standards and Maintenance  10%

  • Oversee product catalog management—regularly update equipment models, pricing, and availability to align with business needs and carrier offerings.

  • Responsible for maintaining accurate order and supplier data within the procurement system, and will process requests to update vendor information, such as payment terms, locations, and contacts

  • Ensure that procurement data is adhering to standards and work with the team to revise the standards as the business changes

Process Improvement 10%

  • Seek, recommend, and implement opportunities for improvement in procurement processes. This may involve collaborating with other procurement team members or end users to streamline activities for the benefit of the operation.

Qualifications & Experience…

  • 1–3 years of experience in technology procurement or a related operational role

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience

  • Experience working with SAP and/or Ariba

  • Experience with SharePoint (2010 or later)

  • Good understanding of the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (pivot tables and charts), PowerPoint, and Visio

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Customer-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities

  • High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Collaborative, adaptable, and solution-oriented approach

Hybrid Working - This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, that combines remote and in-office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager. Subject to any applicable laws, WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.
