REQUIREMENTS: 

  • Bachelors Degree OR High School Diploma/Equivalent, with 1 year of direct care experience. 

  • Valid Drivers’ License 

  • Ability to operate organizational vehicle/van 

  • Act 33/34/73 clearances 

  • Pre-employment Drug Test 

 

SCHEDULE: 

Saturday 7am-3pm, Sunday and Monday 3pm-11pm 

Will be scheduled to work at both Fredericka and Morrow locations 

 

ABOUT THE ROLE:  The Direct Service Professional is responsible for providing assistance and training to persons served with Serious Mental Illness as guided by Positive Practices and Person-Centered Planning.  This position is directly responsible to the Senior Manager and is expected to operate with considerable initiative and professionalism.  The Direct Service Pool serves as a member of the Interdisciplinary Team and is involved in the planning of services for the persons served.  In the event of unforeseeable emergencies, staff may be required to stay until relief arrives.
