Senior Member Technical – Informatica – Hyderabad/ Bangalore - Hybrid

BU (Business Unit) – Broadridge’s Wealth Management business unit provides technology and communication solutions for wealth management firms, broker-dealers, and financial advisors. The team helps improve the investor experience by simplifying client communications, supporting digital engagement, and meeting regulatory and operational needs. Its product offerings include investor statements and confirms, tax reporting, proxy and regulatory communications, digital document delivery, client portals, advisor tools, and workflow automation solutions. By combining technology with industry expertise, the business helps firms work more efficiently, improve client interactions, and modernize service delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Build high-quality, clean, scalable, and reusable code by implementing best practices around software engineering architecture and processes (Code Reviews, Unit testing, etc.) for products / scalable applications
• Work with the product owners / business teams to understand detailed requirements and own your code from design, implementation, test automation and delivery
• Provide quick turnaround to business requirements and management requests
• Take ownership of technical delivery against project timelines and requirements

Requirements / Qualifications

• Bachelors’ Degree with 3-6 years of relevant experience
• Hands-on experience with Informatica PowerCenter for ETL development, with a strong understanding of ETL concepts, data warehousing, and data transformation techniques.
• Strong SQL skills, including writing complex queries, performance tuning, and working with databases such as DB2, PostgreSQL, and SQL Server.
• Experience working with semi-structured data (JSON) and flat files, including data parsing, transformation, and validation.
• Hands-on experience with shell scripting in Linux and familiarity with job scheduling tools such as IBM Workload Scheduler.
• Working knowledge of version control tools like Git and deployment processes using Jenkins or similar DevOps tools.
• Experience working in Agile environments, with exposure to production support and performance optimization.

Nice to have:

• Exposure to Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC) or CDI-PC.
• Basic knowledge of Python or Java for scripting, automation, or support tasks.
• Additional experience in performance tuning, troubleshooting ETL workflows, and supporting enterprise-scale data integration solutions.
• Experience supporting infrastructure-related activities in Linux environments.
