As the Technical Business Analyst (TBA), you will play a key role in bridging the gap between product strategy, business requirements, and technical implementation. You will be responsible for defining and refining product requirements, supporting backlog management, and ensuring seamless communication between business and technical teams. You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, UX designers, and stakeholders to ensure that technical solutions align with product roadmaps and business objectives to turn priorities into scalable results that drive success for both Kinective and our clients. Requirements  What you’ll ownProduct & Requirement AnalysisWork closely with Product Managers to translate product vision and strategy into clear, actionable releases and technical requirementsConduct detailed gap analysis, feasibility studies, and impact assessments for new product features and enhancementsDefine and document functional and non-functional requirements into epics, break epics down into deliverable user stories, and partner with the technical team to craft acceptance criteriaTechnical Liaison & SolutioningAct as the primary technical liaison between the Product, Engineering, and Business teams, ensuring smooth collaborationWork with software architects and developers to evaluate system capabilities and propose scalable solutionsSupport API design, system integrations, and data modeling efforts for new features and platform enhancementsTesting & Quality AssuranceCollaborate with QA teams to define test strategies, ensure test coverage, and validate feature releasesSupport User Acceptance Testing (UAT), working with stakeholders to validate that the product meets business expectationsTroubleshoot and escalate issues efficiently to ensure timely resolutionHow We’ll Measure SuccessClear translation of business needs into technical requirementsDelivery of high-quality user story requirements that enable efficient and predictable development cyclesStrong cross-functional alignment between Product, Engineering, and business teamsMeaningful contributions to Kinective’s mission, helping financial institutions operate more intelligently through innovative technologySuccess here isn’t about checking boxes – it’s about propelling Kinective’s mission to lead the way to intelligent banking.
