As an Oracle SCM (Costing, WMS, Inv) - Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to analyze their needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for the effective use of Oracle applications. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will leverage your broad consulting skills to help clients optimize operational efficiency and achieve their strategic objectives. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You are expected to navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and enhancing your technical skills. Embracing increased ambiguity, you will be comfortable when the path forward isn’t clear, using these moments as opportunities to grow.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing client needs to implement Oracle software solutions effectively
- Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Oracle applications
- Collaborating with clients to optimize operational efficiency and achieve strategic objectives
- Utilizing analytical thinking to break down complex concepts and inform insights
- Developing training materials to enhance client understanding and application of Oracle systems
- Implementing technology solutions that align with client business models and processes
- Managing systems project management tasks to deliver quality outcomes

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Business Studies, Commerce, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Computer and Information Science, Finance, Human Resources Management, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
- Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle E-Business Suite and Oracle CRM
- Utilizing analytical thinking to solve complex business challenges
