Product Marketing Manager - Teya Catalogue

LondonFullTimePosted Aug 4, 2026

Hello. We’re Teya.

Teya was founded on a simple belief: local businesses deserve better.

They are the cafés, restaurants, salons, shops and entrepreneurs that bring character to our high streets, create jobs and keep communities moving. Yet for too long, financial services has made life harder for them - with clunky tools, poor support and complexity that gets in the way of running a business.

Teya exists to change that.

We’re building a financial platform for local businesses across Europe - one built around simple tools, thoughtful design and real human support. Our Members rely on us to help them run their business with confidence, and that responsibility shapes the way we work.

We move fast. We care about quality. We stay close to the detail. And we believe great performance and genuine hospitality should go hand in hand.

If you want to build meaningful products, solve real problems and make a genuine difference for local businesses, we’d love to hear from you

Your Mission

As the Product Marketing Manager for Teya Catalogue, you will own how we take the product to market. You'll define how we position Catalogue externally in the market and internally with our sales teams, build the incentives and enablement that drive adoption, and act as the connective tissue between the field and the Product Manager - bringing real seller and market feedback back into the product roadmap. This is a role for someone who thrives at the intersection of go-to-market strategy, sales enablement, and product feedback loops, and who wants to see their work show up directly in adoption numbers and merchant outcomes.

On a regular day as Product Marketing Manager - Teya Catalogue, you will:

  • Market Positioning: Own and evolve how Teya Catalogue is positioned in the market - defining the narrative, value proposition, and messaging that differentiate it from competitors.

  • Sales Positioning & Enablement: Translate product positioning into clear, compelling tools and messaging for our sales teams, ensuring they can confidently sell Catalogue and articulate its value to merchants.

  • Go-To-Market Execution: Plan and drive end-to-end GTM for new Catalogue features and releases, coordinating launches across Sales, Product, and Marketing to maximise impact.

  • Adoption & Incentives: Design and run incentive structures and campaigns that motivate sales teams and sellers to adopt and champion Catalogue.

  • Market & Seller Feedback Loop: Systematically gather feedback from the market, sales teams, and sellers, and bring it back to the Product Manager to inform prioritisation, iteration, and implementation.

  • Competitive & Market Intelligence: Track competitor moves and market trends relevant to Catalogue, ensuring positioning and sales messaging stay sharp and current.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing to ensure Catalogue's go-to-market strategy is aligned with broader business objectives and merchant needs.

  • Strong ability to translate market and customer feedback into clear, actionable input for Product teams.
