This role includes cardiac monitoring, assessment of vital signs, medication administration, and documentation. The Telemetry LPN monitors patient conditions, promptly reports changes, and collaborates with RNs and physicians to ensure safe, high-quality patient care. Full benefits at Prime Healthcare: https://www.primehealthcare.com/careers/benefits/   Responsibilities Essential Duties and Responsibilities (include, but are not limited to):Monitor cardiac rhythms and vital signs using telemetry equipment, identifying and reporting abnormalitiesAssess, record, and document vital signs and patient status accurately in the medical recordNotify clinical staff of significant changes in patient condition or telemetry readingsAssist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) and provide basic care supportEducate patients and families on telemetry monitoring and collaborate with RNs to support care delivery Qualifications Before we go any further, we do have some deal-breakers.
