Support manufacturing process improvement initiatives through data analysis, time studies, work method optimization, and efficiency improvement projects to enhance productivity and operational performance. Your role Key responsibilities in your new role Conduct time studies for manpower and machines to identify productivity improvement opportunities. Support the development and maintenance of work methods and process standards in MES. Monitor manufacturing performance indicators such as OEE, UPH, and material utilization. Analyze production data and identify performance gaps against established targets. Assist in implementing process improvement initiatives using Lean and Industrial Engineering (IE) methodologies. Support productivity, cost reduction, and operational excellence projects. Prepare reports and presentations on manufacturing performance and improvement activities. Collaborate with production, engineering, and cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement. Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed  Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. 0-3 years of experience in manufacturing, process engineering, industrial engineering, or continuous improvement. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering principles, and productivity improvement tools. Familiarity with time study, work measurement, process flow analysis, or capacity analysis is an advantage. Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
