The GA Analyst will play a key role in supporting BP Business Sol (HC)'s financial operations by applying accounting policy expertise, optimizing financial processes, and leveraging data analytics to ensure accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement in financial reporting.
Job Responsibilities:**
* Apply and interpret accounting policies to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with relevant standards.
* Analyze and optimize accounting processes and financial workflows to identify efficiencies and enhance operational effectiveness.
* Conduct thorough data analysis to support financial insights, identify trends, and inform business decisions.
* Participate in and contribute to business improvement in execution initiatives, focusing on financial operations.
* Develop and implement robust internal controls and compliance procedures to safeguard assets and ensure regulatory adherence.
* Apply digital automation tools and demonstrate digital fluency to streamline financial tasks and reporting.
* Prepare and review financial reports, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery.
* Engage in customer-centric thinking to understand and address the financial needs of internal collaborators.
Job Qualifications:**
* Demonstrated experience in applying accounting policy principles.
* Strong understanding of accounting processes and financial reporting.
* Proven analytical thinking and data analysis skills.
* Experience with business process control and improvement methodologies.
* Familiarity with digital automation tools and a high degree of digital fluency.
* Knowledge of internal control and compliance frameworks.
* Excellent communication and customer-centric thinking abilities.
