Social Media & Community Analyst
Ajustado:
Are you ready to give voice to the largest mobile gaming community in Latin America?
Wildlife Studios' Marketing team is looking for a Social & Community Analyst to lead the Live Games social and community agenda, with strategic, creative, and analytical vision. You'll be responsible for building and scaling our social presence and community, connecting the voice of players directly to the product team and proving the business value of these actions even in a mostly organic scenario. This is an owner's seat: it requires autonomy to move between planning and execution, sharp prioritization, and the ability to back decisions with data.
What you'll do
- Plan and execute the social calendar and community initiatives.
- Manage all social and community platforms across our games — Discord, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and X — including bot setup and automations.
- Plan and execute community engagement activities in collaboration with the product team.
- Monitor and moderate content across all channels.
- Maintain the feedback loop between players and the game team, through reports, sentiment analysis, and direct communication.
- Measure and prove the business value of social actions, including organic: attribution via links/UTM, cohorts, and sentiment reading.
- Coordinate external vendors and agencies: briefings, assets, and mediation with the internal art team.
- Handle communications and posting.
- Support surveys and cross-functional initiatives.
- Maintain frequent interface with UA, Creative, and partner agencies.
What we're looking for
- Solid experience with social media and/or community management — games or entertainment experience is a plus.
- A profile that balances strategic vision, creativity, and data analysis.
- Analytical maturity: going beyond vanity metrics to connect social to business outcomes.
- Autonomy to move between hands-on planning and execution, with strong prioritization skills.
- Real experience managing community: moderation, relationship-building, and crisis management, plus looping in the product team and other stakeholders.
- Ability to coordinate vendors and agencies, briefing creative work clearly.
Nice to have
- Experience with mobile and/or live games.
- Proficiency with social listening and measurement tools (e.g., Sprout, Emplifi, Hootsuite).
- Experience with UGC and influencers.
- English: the current scope is Brazil, but this is a relevant plus since the games' accounts are global.
More about you
- Proactive and autonomous; you drive initiatives without waiting for instructions while ensuring necessary visibility and buy-in from key stakeholders.
- Exceptional communicator with a knack for influencing others.
- Thrives in high-demand environments and excels at prioritization.
- Experienced in managing complex projects with precision and clarity.
