As a Guidewire CC Configuration Developer - Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering innovative solutions within our Insurance Sector Technology - Guidewire practice. You will be responsible for configuring and customizing Guidewire applications to meet client needs, leveraging your technical skills to drive impactful results. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm. Responsibilities

- Leading the configuration and development of Guidewire ClaimCenter applications
- Managing client engagements within the insurance sector, focusing on Guidewire technology solutions
- Overseeing the integration of Guidewire applications with existing systems to enhance operational efficiency
- Guiding teams in the application of software development methodologies to deliver client-focused solutions
- Utilizing analytical thinking to identify and address complex system development challenges
- Promoting creativity and embracing change to drive innovation in software development projects
- Coaching and providing feedback to team members to foster professional growth and development
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand and meet their technology needs
- Validating the quality and functionality of developed software to align with client expectations
- Encouraging teamwork and collaboration to achieve project objectives and deliverables

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 8+ years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
