About this Position

We are looking for a Hub Senior Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of one of Astro's fulfillment hubs, ensuring operational excellence across inbound, inventory, and outbound processes. In this role, you will lead a team of Team Leaders, drive process improvements, maintain high inventory accuracy, and ensure customer orders are fulfilled efficiently while meeting our delivery SLA and cost targets.


Job Description

As our Astronaut, your missions are:

  • Lead the end-to-end daily hub operations, including inbound, inventory, outbound, and order fulfillment.
  • Ensure customer delivery SLAs, operational KPIs, productivity, and service quality are consistently achieved.
  • Supervise and develop Team Leaders while planning manpower and shift schedules based on operational needs.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through stock checks, cycle counts, and warehouse control activities.
  • Ensure quality control of fresh and perishable products to meet Astro's quality standards.
  • Analyze operational performance, identify improvement opportunities, and drive continuous process improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational processes and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Prepare operational reports and monitor business performance, operational costs, and safety compliance.


Job Requirements

In order to launch the missions successfully, you need to have:

  • Min. High School (SMA/SMK) graduate; a Diploma or Bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • Min. 2 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role within warehousing, logistics, fulfillment, or supply chain operations.
  • Experience in logistics, fulfillment, e-commerce, FMCG companies or similar industries will be an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify operational improvement opportunities and execute process optimization initiatives.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Willing to work in a shift-based schedule and support operations on weekends or public holidays when required
  • Willing to be assigned or rotated across Greater Jakarta (Jabodetabek) operational hubs.
