Skip to main contentEnglishEnglishBack to all jobsTechnical Sales Manager Residential Distribution - NordicsSweden - Stockholm, Denmark - CopenhagenFull-timePermanent employeeApply for this jobYour missionAs a Technical Sales Manager for the Distribution segment, you will be a key member of the Nordic technical sales team, responsible for supporting and driving the growth of Sungrow’s residential product portfolio through distribution partners.This is a pre-sales, customer-facing technical role, focused on enabling installers, distributors, and partners with the knowledge, confidence, and support required to successfully position, sell, and install Sungrow solutions.You will act as the technical bridge between product, sales, and the field, ensuring our partners are fully equipped to deploy our solutions efficiently and correctly.Key responsibilities:Provide hands-on technical support to distributors, installers, and partnersDeliver technical consultations during pre-sales (system design, product selection, troubleshooting)Support sales in customer meetings with clear technical explanationsPrepare and review technical proposals and documentationLead technical trainings, workshops, and certification sessionsAct as the go-to expert for installation and commissioning best practicesDevelop and improve training materials and documentationEnsure partners can confidently handle real-world challengesSpend significant time in the field visiting customers and installersSupport first installations and complex casesDiagnose and resolve technical issues in real installationsGather feedback and relay insights internallyBuild expertise in inverters, ESS systems, and hybrid solutionsStay updated on grid requirements and regulationsMonitor competitor technologies and positioningYour profileDegree in Electrical Engineering or similarStrong technical sales experience Strong understanding of PV systems, ESS, and grid connection principlesBased in Sweden or Denmark3–7+ years in technical sales or application engineeringExperience with residential solar, ESS, or power electronicsExperience with installers/distributors preferredFluent in English (C1) + one Nordic languageWillingness to travel frequentlyStrong presentation skillsConfident communicator able to explain complex systems simplyComfortable leading trainingsHands-on, field-oriented mindsetCommercial awarenessWhy us?We are more than happy to state that not only we are leading this discourse, we also offer the fitting solutions for it.
