Responsabilitati:

• Monitorizarea transporturilor aferente achizitiilor externe si importurilor
• Gestionarea procesului de emitere si administrare a codurilor UIT
• Coordonarea schimbului de informatii dintre furnizori, transportatori si departamentele interne implicate
• Monitorizarea livrarilor si raportarea situatiilor exceptionale aparute in procesul de transport
• Operarea confirmarilor furnizorilor si coordonarea transferurilor interne de marfa
• Elaborarea rapoartelor operationale si actualizarea datelor necesare activitatii de aprovizionare
• Suport operational pentru departamentul Replenishment
• Participarea la imbunatatirea proceselor si instrumentelor de lucru

Cerinte:

• Capacitate de analiza si sinteza
• Capacitate decizionala
• Spirit organizatoric, capacitatea de planificare si prioritizare a task-urilor
• Abilitati de comunicare
• Cunostinte  de limba engleza

Minime abilitati si cunostinte:

• Studii superioare finalizate in economie, matematica, inginerie sau domenii inrudite
• Cunostinte avansate de excel
• Disponibilitate de a lucra in regim hibrid
