One store, a clinical product line built for skin that other brands ignore, a small team of specialists, and customers who ask for their people by name. We are hiring one Store Manager to own it.What the role actually isYou open the day with a plan and a huddle, and you close it with cash that balances and a note on what to fix tomorrow. You watch revenue, conversion, rebooking, and retail attach every day, and when one slips, you pull a lever the same day. You coach a Sales Associate team and an Esthetician team to a standard, in private, by teaching. You keep inventory, vendor orders, and the building handled without being asked. When something goes wrong, you gather the facts before you form a verdict.
