ABOUT THIS ROLE
The Manager of Security owns the day-to-day administration of the company's TSA-approved security program and ensures full compliance across our on-demand and public charter operations. Operating a fleet of 7+ jet aircraft over 12,500 lbs maximum certificated takeoff weight, the company is governed by the TSA Twelve-Five Standard Security Program (TFSSP) and conducts by-the-seat public charter service under DOT/14 CFR Part 380. This role is responsible for implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving security procedures—including passenger and accessible property screening, restricted-area and aircraft access controls, threat response, and personnel vetting—while serving as the primary liaison to the TSA and other government stakeholders. *Location: Remote but reside within one hour's drive of one of Aero's primary locations (VNY, ASE, OPF, TEB/HPN) — travel to operating locations (Domestic and International) required as needed.
