As a Tax Team, you will be responsible for managing corporate tax compliance by overseeing tax reporting, planning, audits, and regulatory compliance while driving tax accuracy, risk mitigation, and process improvements.


What will you do?

  • Verify the accuracy and completeness of input and output tax invoices in compliance with applicable tax regulations.
  • Prepare, review, and submit periodic tax filings, including VAT (PPN), Corporate Income Tax (CIT), and other tax obligations accurately and on time.
  • Prepare tax reports and management reporting to support business decision-making and financial analysis.
  • Develop and implement tax planning initiatives while ensuring compliance with prevailing tax regulations and minimizing tax risks.
  • Maintain tax-related balances within the general ledger and ensure accurate tax reconciliation.
  • Prepare tax working papers, supporting schedules, and respond to internal and external tax information requests.
  • Manage and coordinate tax audits, tax assessments, and Transfer Pricing Documentation (TP Documentation) in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
  • Monitor changes in tax regulations and provide recommendations to ensure timely implementation and ongoing compliance.
  • Identify opportunities to improve tax processes, controls, and reporting through best practices and continuous process improvements.


What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting with Brevet A, B, and C certifications.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Tax, preferably in FMCG, retail, B2C, e-commerce, or marketplace industries.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations, tax accounting, and corporate tax compliance.
  • Hands-on experience in preparing and submitting tax reports using e-SPT, e-Faktur, Coretax, or other electronic tax reporting systems.
  • Experience in handling tax audits, tax reconciliations, and Transfer Pricing Documentation is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently while effectively managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across Finance, Accounting, and external tax authorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems; experience with SAP, NetSuite, or similar ERP platforms is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in B2C, e-commerce, marketplace, or FMCG companies will be considered a strong advantage.
